I disagree with Mr Derp. I believe that ethical behavior and spirituality go hand in hand and I commend you for seeing and trying to reduce / eliminate gossiping from your own behavior. Just remember to be kind if you bring it up to others. You might not want to include bible quotes, unless you're sure the person you're talking to won't be put off by it.
