Help me with a weekly diet?
Im 20 years old and i weigh 170 lbs at about 5'10. I have a bit of belly, not big just average, and I'm looking into losing weight and toning up. I want to appear thinner and more toned. I just bought a membership at ballys with my family, so can anyone help me with a plan as far as trying to lose weight on my own....Like what sorts of excersises should i do and how often should i go to the gym. And I'd like to have a diet, but i have no idea what to eat and what not to eat, to properly lose weight, so if anyone can share their weekly meals and work out regiment, that would be great!
