Should India kick out the old players and bring in the young players?

Players like Dravid, Jaffer, Tendulkar, Ganguly, Laxman are to old. They may have the experience but since they are old, they can't move fast enough and are slow. If younger players come in, there could be more Sachin Tendulkars or Anil Kumble's. Maybe the younger players can demolish the Aussies and the rest of world. India could be unstoppable
