I am 5'9'' tall and 150 pounds. my problems are my inner thighs, tummy, and . i wanna lose 10 lbs. help!!!?
I am a teenage dancer so i get about 4 hours of dance exercise every week. I can't get rid of the "doughnut" around my belly on. I know that i have abs and leg muscles, but i also have unwanted fat. My inner thighs drive me insane because i wish they were smaller. Also, the back of my thighs, , and just under my have what some people call "cottage cheese" (only a little, but it's there). please help me and give me tips for the best way to lose weight in these problem areas. thank you so much!
