About seein a girl with a boy friend?

Ive been seein this girl for bout 3 weeks now, we talk alot but unfortunately we go to different schools and only saw each other twice, both times goin to the movies and makin out. Sunds like were datin but she actually has a boyfriend. Its been bout a year now and she says she really tired of him. I keep tellin her to break up with him anyways, but she says that she tries, and told him she doesnt love him anymore and then he cries or sometin. So what should i do because i would love her to break up with him but it seems shes not really tryin at all. At the same time i feel that her boyfriend is the only reason why were together, because if she does break up with him she might go after some other kid at her school.... so what now?
