Christians, why did God hate what He now allows, and why did He allow what He now hates?

For example, He now hates (according to the absurd opinions of christians) the religious features of the Law of Moses, such as circision, Sabbaths, and slavery, but He now allows eating unclean animals and things of that nature which were formerly condemned by Him. Christians, how much of the Torah do you think God got wrong on the first time? I thought God does not change, by His own testimony, but apparently He does.
