Okay, ever since i was diagnosed with depression, i havent been sleeping that well...it takes me at least 3 to 4 hours to fall asleep, and if i wake up in the middle of the night..screw it, i'm up for good, even if it's only 1. Not to mention, i have this thing where i cant sleep alone, so i sleep on my mom's bedroom floor. What can i do to help me sleep, besides going to bed any earlier than i already do, 8 (pathetic for a high schooler)?? Before i go insane of sleep deprivation?!
