For ladies only< question on how to attract?

I need some feminine advice on how to make a woman feel comfortable enough to make the first move..I see many beautiful ladies on the beach and in the stores buying groceries, but feel uncomfortable barging into their 'space'. I am considered attractive: red hair, green eyes, run and lift weights, college educated, excellent in bed with many multiple ic happy women to attest. etc. I like the challenge of meetinf and enticing ladies, but am in a rut lately..help!!.
