I'd ume that Nepal's border w/ India features foothills by the Himalayas, if not just mere uplands. I ain't fully sure how successful agriculture is in Nepal or where it oughta be specifically in that nation. But I will comment this about D: from watching a few shows about Mt. Everest or about Nepal, a lot of the people there are Buddhist, not unlike nearby Tibet. Of course, since Tibet's still part of "Red China," there are quite a few refugees in Nepal who are probably Buddhist monks. My final answer, Pete, is D.
