Someone offended or just a joke ?

Several bottles of hand sanitizer were distributed throughout the community centre. They all disappeared and were later found in a box under the stage. They were re-distributed and two days later all disappeared. The janitor brought them to our attention when he found them in a garbage bag. Was someone offended, joking or thought they were acting in other's best interests ? After all the education in the press concerning H1N1 you would think they would know better ? Any thoughts ?
