Pantene allery!!! Please help.?

I was using pantene for a few months when I developed an allergy . All that wax buildup finally caused a reaction on my face neck and back. I tried washing it out but I can't seem to get rid of it. So now everytime my hair touches any part it burns and breaks out ! What do I have to do to remove all buildup and how long does it take?!!!!!
