I NEED A MOVIE TITLE?

movie about a group of misfits out of work who hatch an idea to capture air in bags and bottles and sell it to the public, after one of the groups ideas to invent oxygen bars, aromatherapy, , etc. was stolen by his ex-boss, , i think..... one of the characters is a soft spoken women who has a child with a disability, and another co worker character is a guy who thinks he is funny by making fun of the disabled child by calling them retard....there is also a slutty office girl.....a unconfident timid woman who no one listens to, the group ends up having to start the business out of the garage of one of the members moms house, who wont let them in the house just the garage, eventually a few end up getting in the house and have with someone ,, and get caught by being seen through the window by someone outside.....i cant think of anything much more than that !!!!! please...please...HELP !!! i'll go insane soon if i cant find out !!
