Could I have HIV from this scenario?

Unless you exchanged ual body fluids, or she was bleeding, then you do not have HIV. Salvia does not have the ability to carry HIV. The likelyhood of her having HIV is low too, unless you KNOW she had HIV. If you are worried, wait a few more weeks and take another test. If the second one is negative then there is almost no way you can have HIV.
