How do i get on a traveling team, where i dont even know anyone, on the team?

This year i hit a total of six home runs. Everyone on my allstar team are movin up to travel ball. So all the good players are movin up. I know i am defently one of the best kids on the team because of hitting and fielding. And all the good players are movin up to travel ball and i want to also. The problem is idk how. I live in the Sacramento, CA area. And i am a 13U or possibly 14U ball player. Depending on what team it is. And please anyteam besides the folsom flames 12U flames. There moving up to 13U next year an i want to do a team out of folsom. I know some teams have try outs but how or when do they have try outs.
